Summaries, not reactions. One story at a time, facts in order, in the language our audience talks about the news in. Two series keep two moods apart: Analysis when a story needs context, Lepak when it doesn’t.

In English: “From zero to 100,000 in seven months.” Now 106.2K followers and 1.6 million likes.

Resepi rahsia

The recipe

Everyone can make a website now. AI made sure of that. What it didn’t hand out is a recipe: what to test, what to read first, what to leave out.

Here are our ingredients, with the proof for each. The method stays in the kitchen.

Resepi no. 07 · Agentic Solutions

Serves one business at a time.

Ingredients

  • Content formats proven on our own channels first

Malaysia Bulletin: 106.2K followers on 5 October 2026, from zero in about seven months.

  • Your industry’s rules, read before the first sketch

Bar Council publicity rules, MDC and KKM guidance shaped our legal and clinic concepts.

  • A map of what’s broken before we pitch

Our own software checked 67 local business websites in one go.

  • AI drafts. A person signs off.

Wording, design and every automated message are reviewed before anything goes live.

  • WhatsApp, built in from the start

It’s how people in Malaysia actually reach a business. Every page and every flow assumes it.

  • One team for the site, the content and the automation

One voice for your brand, one person to message.

Method

  1. 1.Nice try. the brief for Rahsia dapur. days before anyone opens Not on the internet..
  2. 2.Add Still no. only after Ask us over teh tarik..
  3. 3.Test on Our own channels. That one’s free. first. Never on yours.
  4. 4.Serve with Cuba lagi. and a WhatsApp button.

The quantities stay in the kitchen. The results don’t.

AI & Automation · after hours

The night shift

Most of a small business’s week is the same work again. We build agents for that. They draft. People decide.

The draft, up closeBeing drafted

Proposal · dental clinic, Bangsar

No WhatsApp button, no booking.

Suggested headline for the site:

“Pain-free dentistry in Bangsar.”

Try it · nothing is sent

An agent is drafting.

What we hand to the machines

  1. 01

The questions your front desk answers all day

Hours, parking, prices, “can I come in today?”. Answered on WhatsApp, with a hand-over to a person when it matters. See the demo

  2. 02

    Quotes nobody replied to

Polite follow-ups at sensible intervals, drafted for you to approve. Never a blast.

  3. 03

Reviews you forgot to ask for

One message after each visit, at a reasonable hour, with the right link.

  4. 04

Finding the businesses you could help

Our own software finds local businesses, checks their websites and drafts the first message for a person to approve. How it works

  5. 05

    One recording, every format

Cut-downs, captions and covers from a single shoot, the way we run our own channels.

Industry studies

The rules come before the first sketch.

Lawyers and clinics can’t advertise the way a café can. Most templates ignore that. We designed three concept sites with the published guidance open beside us.

We design with the published rules open beside us, and your practice approves every word before anything goes live.

What the guidance asks

No self-praise such as “leading” or “best”, and nothing ostentatious or sensational. We also leave testimonials out.

So the site does this instead

Authority from clarity: named partners and their admissions, one plain-language page per practice area, a calm way to make contact.

What the guidance asks

Truthful, and no laudatory terms: no “best”, no promised results such as “pain-free”, and care with before-and-afters.

So the site does this instead

Explain, don’t promise: what happens at a first visit, who the dentists are, and hours and parking up front.

What the guidance asks

No promised results, and procedures only by doctors credentialed for them (a Letter of Credentialing and Privileging).

So the site does this instead

Assessment first: what each treatment involves and who it isn’t for, and credentials stated plainly instead of transformation photos.

How a project runs

From first message to launch.

Every project starts the same way: a conversation.

Start with a message
  1. 01

    A conversation

On WhatsApp or a call. You tell us what should work better; we mostly listen.

You get: A one-page brief, in your words

  2. 02

    The website check

Speed, mobile, HTTPS, WhatsApp, booking, reviews, and the rules of your industry.

You get: A short list of what to fix first

  3. 03

    Design, in the browser

No slide decks. You see the real thing on your own phone, early, and tell us what feels wrong.

You get: A working first draft

  4. 04

    Build and launch

Content, WhatsApp, analytics. Tested on cheap phones as well as good ones, then live.

You get: Your site, and every login to it

  5. 05

    Content and automation

If you want us to keep going: posts, videos, follow-ups and review requests, the work that compounds once the site is up.

You get: A monthly plan, and a report you can read
